On the way back from Crater Lake, I made a point to stop at Proxy Falls, another place I had learned of through pictures on the internet. These mossy falls may look familiar to anyone who has downloaded Webshots, as one of their main sample photos is Proxy Falls - probably what initially piqued my interest in the first place.

A strange bed of volcanic rocks on the top of McKenzie Pass, a little out of place in the middle of a thick forest.

A close-up view of Upper Proxy Falls, which amazingly is a little upstream from Lower Proxy Falls.

Upper Proxy Falls again. Those in the know call it UPF. I don't.

I know you can't wait, so here it is: Lower Proxy Falls.

That little guy in the red shirt is me. The other stuff in the picture is Lower Proxy Falls.

Stupid fallen log getting in the way of a good picture, always hamming it up for the camera.
